Returns & Complaints

In case of canceled purchase
When ordering by phone or via the Internet, you as a private person always have the right of cancellation for 14 days. The time is counted from the day you received the item. Private persons who use their right of withdrawal, pay the shipping costs for the returned goods themselves.

In the event of an error or shipping damage to the item 
In the event of a fault in the product, we will refund the return shipping and what you paid for the damaged or incorrectly delivered product. The damage should be well documented with a photo immediately upon delivery and does not apply if you have caused it yourself.

If you regret it or discover damage, send an email to hello@fromfurniture.se and you will receive more information on how to return the item.

We will get back to you by e-mail as soon as your request has been received and checked.

Business to business 
Companies do not have the same conditions for the right of withdrawal. If you are a company, contact hello@fromfurniture.se and we will see what we can do to help you. Always examine the item upon receipt and contact us directly or within a reasonable time if damage or defects are discovered.
